Product Description : Directions for use; use a slightly finer grind of coffee. Drop the washable, reusable cloth covered filter into the infusion chamber with the chain hanging down into the glass syphon tube. Pull the chain down until you can hook it to the bottom of the siphon tube. Fill the bottom carafe to the 5 mark with hot water. Fill the upgraded butane burner with butane fuel (available at most grocery stores and corner markets). Light burner by rotating the control knob to start gas flow and pushing down on ignition switch, and place under the water filled lower chamber of the siphon. Once the water is boiling, gently place upper chamber on lower chamber, and push to make a tight seal, and allow water to rise into upper brewing chamber. Add 35 grams of medium ground coffee (about 5 tablespoons), gently stir to saturate. Stir again at 1 minute. After 1:45 seconds or total brew time, turn off burner, give one gentle stir. Coffee will be siphoned through the filter and down into lower chamber as it cools (if this takes more than 60 seconds to complete, use a coarser grind). Remove the top, placing it in its convertible lid/stand, and bring the pot to the table for serving. (Tip: heat water in the microwave first, then add to lower chamber. Doing this will reduce pre-heating time to only a 10-20 seconds).
